Fee Schedule and Setup

Black Bear Conservatory of Music is a Non-Profit organization. Due to its structure, The Conservatory and our instructors get paid separately. Here is our payment schedule (please verify with our instructors in case of any changes):

note: This is per student. If two students take an hour long lesson, it is still billed as two separate students. Group rates can be negotiated on a per-case basis with your instructor.

*Monthly discounted fee for families (two or more students in the same immediate family): $50

  • An annual registration fee of $25 individuals/$30 families is applied in September of each year
  • Tuition is offered monthly only
  • Tuition is based upon four (4) lessons per month
  • Payment is due at the first lesson of each month. Accounts are subject to a $10 late fee if payments are recieved after the 15th calendar day of each month
  • All tuition if non-refundable

Methods of Payment

We are doing our best to update the ways you can pay. For our instructors, you can pay them through any method which is convenient.

So far, the Conservatory can be paid in the following ways:

  • Pay by Check
    • Make the Check out to “Black Bear Conservatory of Music” or “BBCM”
    • If you have to mail it, send it to “Black Bear Conservatory of Music” or “BBCM” at 519 Church St. Hawley PA, 18428
    • in the memo, PLEASE put the students name

  • Pay by Cash
    • Do not mail. Hand to your instructor
    • Please put a note with it with the students name

Payment
